TrigIPTV DMCA Policy

We host no media, but we do act on valid copyright complaints. This page explains exactly what to send, where to send it and how quickly we respond.

Last updated27 August 2026

This policy sets out how TrigIPTV handles copyright complaints relating to trigiptv.us. Notices should go to trigiptv@gmail.com.

Our position

TrigIPTV respects the rights of copyright holders and responds to properly made complaints.

We do not host, store, own, produce, broadcast, encode or control any media. We operate no origin servers carrying video content, and we claim no rights over any channel, film or programme reachable through a line. What we supply is access credentials for third-party streaming services.

Because we hold no content, we cannot remove a file from a source we do not operate. What we can do — and will do — is disable access from our service to any stream identified in a valid notice.

Sending a copyright notice

If you own the rights to material you believe is being made accessible through our service without authorisation, send a written notice to trigiptv@gmail.com with the subject line DMCA Notice.

To be actionable, a notice must contain all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if the notice covers several works.
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing — the exact channel name, stream identifier or reference — with enough detail for us to locate it.
  4. Your contact details: full name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

What happens next

We acknowledge every valid notice within 2 business days and act on it within 5 business days of receipt.

  • We review the notice for completeness and locate the material identified.
  • Where the claim is substantiated, we disable access to the identified stream from our service.
  • We record the notice and the action taken.
  • Where a customer's own conduct caused the infringement, we act on their line under our Terms of Service, including termination for repeat offences.

If a notice is incomplete, we will tell you what is missing rather than ignore it.

Counter-notices

If access to material was disabled because of a notice and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to trigiptv@gmail.com with the subject line DMCA Counter-Notice, containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was disabled and where it appeared before it was disabled.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your full name, postal address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts where you live, and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.

Repeat infringers

We maintain a repeat-infringer policy. Where a customer is the subject of repeated, substantiated copyright complaints, their line is terminated without refund and further orders are refused.

False claims

Sending a materially false notice or counter-notice carries legal consequences under applicable law, including liability for damages and costs. Please be certain of your rights before filing.
